The size of homesites in Palmilla del Mar are the largest in all of Palmilla. The main idea of Oasis is that it is a residential area to live in Los Cabos.
The rustic spaces and nature on the mountainside of the caraterra are different from the communities that are near the sea. Here the native vegetation is preserved, and you can appreciate the mountains while still getting a sweeping view of the Sea of Cortez. The natural light is warm and inviting while the soft consistent breeze feels cool. It is a very pure area, with a lot of open space to experience its serenity.
Oasis is surrounded by the beautiful Baja desert with panoramic ocean views, mountains, and golf. The homesites are well oriented to the East toward the Sea of Cortez where you can appreciate the morning sun, and unique pastel-colored sunsets are on the backside of the property.
Palmilla del Mar is meant to be a residence for young couples, new families, and newlyweds looking for privacy, and a quiet and more fit lifestyle within three neighborhoods Palmilla Hills, Palmilla Park, and Oasis Palmilla.
In Palmilla Del Mar the concept is “Mexican Coastal Ranch”, we were trying to brand a new architectural style. Now with Palmilla Hills and Palmilla Park, we want to embrace the Palmilla classic style, a style that we want to protect all through Palmilla.
The horizontal structure seems to work because the homesites are big and will go around the golf course.
We're striving to create a new feeling now being in the highest place in Palmilla. The concept is lower density, larger homesites, preserving the native landscape. We are keeping the trees along with the native vegetation like various cacti species, palms, herbs, and elephant trees.
We are trying to embrace the architectural brand of Palmilla and not go too far away from that branding.
As this area is in its planning stages, the only feature currently is the Palmilla Del Mar gym. Smaller and more private than the Club Espiritu gym, it does have the same quality equipment and functionality.
