The 6,000 square foot main house features a large living room with a 70 inch Plasma TV and a bar adjacent to the dining area, which seats twelve or more. Four bedrooms surround the great room, and another bedroom and the master bedroom are adjacent, opening to the fountain courtyard. There is also a bedroom and bath behind the kitchen which is suitable for staff. All guest bedrooms feature unforgettable blue-water ocean views and private en suite baths. A new addition below the pool and spa level features two additional bedroom suites, an outdoor kitchen, bar, and eating area with a huge lawn that covers the brand new 4,400 square foot private gym below at beach level. It is the largest private gym in Cabo, with 10 screens throughout to watch shows, movies, or games during workouts.
