Michael Baldwin is Los Cabos’ top-producing real estate agent by dollar volume and one of the founding members of Del Mar Real Estate, recognized for his leadership in the ultra-luxury market. Born in Kokomo, Indiana, but identifying more as a Texan, he moved from Houston to San José del Cabo in 2010 with a clear goal: to fully embrace the Baja lifestyle while bringing more than three decades of high-end real estate experience as one of Houston’s top-grossing brokers.
Since co-founding Del Mar Real Estate in 2014, Michael has specialized in marketing and selling luxury homes throughout Los Cabos, earning a reputation for tireless, personalized client care, sharp negotiation skills, and a results-driven approach that has led to more than $1.75 billion in closed transactions—over $440 million of which have been completed in Los Cabos alone.
